Privacy Policy

This policy (together with our Legal Notice and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which, in case any personal data may be collected from the user, or that the user provides to Ijobo Software, S.L. (hereinafter, the Entity), such data will be processed by the Entity.

In case at any moment it is required that the user registers or provides personal data (in order to access services, request information, make consultations, complaints or contract request, etc.), the processing of personal data will be carried out complying with the requirements set out in the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (Spanish Data Protection Act) and developing regulations.

The Entity informs you of the following:

1. Collection of WebSite user information

The personal data which the www.ijobo.com WebSite collects about users, is the information that users provide to the Entity (for instance, if you fill a form or use the WebSite to send an e-mail to our contact address), and it will be included in the files owned by the Entity, registered at the Spanish Data Protection Authority, for the purpose of WebSite user´s management, for the provision of services to the user, and for sending communications and publications concerning corporative or business information, as well as other information that may result of your interest.

The data provided by users might be communicated to our premises and/or data center located in the United States of America for its processing. By the provision of these data you´ve agreed the performance of such purposes.

Where the email address or any other electronic communications mean is provided, the user expressly authorised the Entity to use this mean as a way of communicating with him/her, in order to reply to his/her request and or consultation, as well as to provide him/her with information about the Entity and to inform of any other relevant changes which are made on the WebSite.

2. Security Measures.

The processing of the user personal data shall be carried out to comply with the requirements laid down by law, and in particular, with the obligation to keep this data under confidentiality and secret, with the Entity having ensured that the appropriate security measures have been adopted in order to avoid any change, loss or non-authorised access, as well as any harm to the personal data and registered information.

3. User rights

At any time, the user has the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of his personal data. These rights can be exercised by addressing a written query with the reference “Data Protection” at the Entity to the e-mail provided as a contact on the WebSite.
