Through the PC application, iJobo records users’ performance by classifying activities according to the projects assigned. It then tracks the activity completion by letting users select the project in which they will work and describe briefly the task they are going to do. A time counter is displayed to indicate how much time staff members are actually spending on the task.

iJobo provides an icon at the task bar icon tray to indicate the status of the tracker as it runs on the background while the staff is working.

When a staff leaves his work station, iJobo will assume that that time as Inactivity Time. They can justify this idle time through the Offline Time feature where manual notes can be made. By clicking the Offline Time button, a pop-up window will appear. There they can set the time they spent offline (from / to) and what task they are doing.

As manager, you can access every user’s collected data to make a close-up analysis of each staff’s routine to avoid misuse of time and company resources. Just click on a username and get access to their working time details such as activities by hour or time spent on an application, task or project. With this data, you can actually see the current progress of a specific project and analyze if it’s taking a lot of hours to accomplish or not. Screenshots at random time intervals are also taken and provided on the report to let you see exactly your staff’s daily work activities. You can even view their time tracking status in real-time.

Remote access to your team activities is possible with iJobo just by logging in with your account online wherever and whenever.

Reports are generated on a daily and weekly basis. It includes clicks and keystrokes. They are color coded according to range and represented as blocks. Clicking on a block will load a more detailed report with screenshots at a specific time. Screenshots are provided in the report.

In addition activity graph is provided for a quick way to know how much time employees have worked during the current week, how much time they were offline or inactive in 8-hour time periods. The difference between offline and inactive time is justification: justified time is offline. Inactive time is when employees don’t explain the cause for that “dead time”.

The reports can be exported in different formats like PDF and Excel for easy sharing and printing.

Privacy is very important to staff, that’s why another great feature in the iJobo PC application is the “Privacy Filter”. With this feature, staff’s personal information can be protected by setting privacy filters for several applications or a particular tab in the browser. All activity on these filtered applications/tabs will not be recorded and it will be classified as Inactivity Time.

Although iJobo records every user’s keystroke, managers can´t see all the text the way it was typed: all numbers will be seen as scrambled text and the screenshots will be blurred images in the working log to protect users' passwords, credit card numbers, bank accounts and other personal data.
