It is the application necessary for collecting each employee’s activity data, so each of them should have it installed in their computers. It consists of:

* Start and Stop recording: Employees can decide when they want iJobo to start and stop analyzing their activity.

* Keystroke and mouse-click registry: It is possible to record the text that employees have typed and mouse clicks made during in order to check their work intensity.

For security reasons and in order to maintain the privacy of particular text typed by employees, the “Letter salad” option is available to change the original text into special characters, while continuing to control their activity without knowing what they are writing.

* Idle/Inactive Time Control: Time, in which employees have not used their computer and iJobo has been running, is detected as inactive time that they can justify through the use of the program.

* Projects: Both employees and their managers and/or supervisor can define the projects in which employees are working and control the time being spent on each of them.

* Graphics: iJobo shows the collected and analyzed data in the same manner as the Manager Application.

It is the application that displays the data of all the employees that are using the client application. However, it differentiates in the following aspects:

*Total Active time: Displays the time during which your employee has used their computer, independently from the programs and websites that were used. You can also familiarize yourself with the tasks that your employees have been working each hour.

* Workload: Displays your work intensity of your employees through keystrokes and mouse click as a means for the calculation. You will be able to know when and with which applications your employees are most productive.

* Top Activities: Reports all the programs and websites that your employees have utilized in order to develop their projects, the time that they used them and the work intensity applied.

* Projects: Reports the projects and activities that each employee has been developing in their work time, including the tasks that have been justified with the inactivity time.

Each of these graphics displays the data in a general format (daily or weekly), as well as in a detailed format (hours and minutes).

This web-based platform provides user management, supervision structure definitions and project assignment.

* Users: Creates the users that will use iJobo, either employees or supervisors.

* Supervision structure: When you create the users, you must decide which employees belong to each supervisor or manager to establish a connection between them and give each report the necessary security so that only both of them can have access to it.

* Projects: Comprised of projects to be developed and assigned to the appropriate group of employees.

* Data storage: All the data collected by the Employee Application is stored by this platform to be exported when the Manager Application requires it.
